More often than not, I’d say I’m a waterfront-wedding type of planner, but there’s something about the mountain backdrop at Springfield Manor in Thurmont, MD that feels pretty right. The gorgeous lavender fields and historic manor house made Alyssa and Scott’s wedding day one for the record books. I loved the soft, feminine touches Alyssa picked out – a pastel palette never goes out of style! Dusty blue and rosy pink kept the reception room bright and cheery, even when the sun went down and we switched the warm candlelight. Totally romantic!
