On a WARM (huge emphasis on that) June day, Taylor and Greg exchanged vows at The Oaks.

Taylor had envisioned a day that combined the charm of an elevated garden party with the elegance of a waterfront ceremony

We greeted her guests with custom welcome bags carefully curated with their favorite snacks. Their welcome booklet was my favorite detail! For the ceremony we played into the beautiful grounds at The Oaks and emphasized it with a blooming arch (cue their adorable Golden Retriever who was truly the star of the show). Shortly after the ceremony the newlyweds embarked on a private Hinckley cruise. It was a perfect way for them to soak in the day and have some alone time.

Once the cocktail hour started that is where all the personalized details really started to shine! We added custom wallpaper to the bars, custom stirrers, and custom matchboxes. Guests were then ushered into the ballroom where they were greeted into an elevated garden party – soft blue linens, gold rimmed plates, and delicate font menus. It was understated elegance through and through.
