Historic St. Mary’s Courthouse | Kathleen & Mitch

I am so excited to share this wedding with you! When Katie contacted me about being her wedding coordinator I was so excited to hear her ideas about a waterfront ceremony, historical site, cozy guest list, and a Tuesday wedding! I loved it! The day was full of anticipation from the moment I arrived. It was a warm July day and, due to the historical nature of the State House, fans were the only cooling measure.  The heat did not stop the girls from enjoying themselves! Before we knew it, Katie slipped on that dress and peered out the windows eagerly ready for her first look. The first look was full of emotion & included an “off the market” real estate sign (Mitch is a real estate agent)!

Vows were exchanged overlooking the Bay and officiated by Katie’s grandfather! Katie was so excited for the recessional she forgot to grab her bouquet from her maid of honor. 🙂 Guests munched on barbecue and then danced the night away! The quintessential ending to a Fourth of July weekend wedding is…a sparkler exit! Katie & Mitch, thank you for having me part of your special day! It was full of pure joy!
