I think I need to make a new category on this blog dedicated to Covid Couples – that way anytime a bride starts to worry about all the things that could go wrong, I can easily show off some of the stunning celebrations that still happened, against all odds. Kim and Brandon have certainly earned a gold star for all the hoops they jumped through to make it to the altar: three (three!) reschedules, a ceremony location change (we may not have been able to make the ceremony happen inside the Naval Academy, but we used it as a backdrop for portraits so this still feels victorious), and stormy skies on the day of. It was such a labor of love to make it to this day which made it feel all the more special. Kim and Brandon were infinitely flexible, cheerfully positive, and I am just thrilled to share their beautiful, hard-earned wedding day with ya’ll!
