Winter weddings don’t get enough credit! Rachel and Warren were married at the Baltimore Museum of Art – it was such an honor to help plan their classic, black-tie wedding. The museum was the perfect backdrop for their modern, black and white reception. (And by “modern” I mean the bride wore a leather jacket for their portraits!) Their black and white invitation suite set the tone for their celebration. We included pops of green in their florals to balance the clean and contemporary design and finished the look with clear ghost chairs and warm, romantic twinkle lights. Rachel and Warren chose a minimalist cake design and custom glass-etched cocktail swizzle sticks in lieu of traditional place cards. I loved their geometric display for table numbers – I don’t know a guest who wouldn’t love an ice cold glass of champagne the moment they enter the room.
I’m so grateful I could bring Rachel and Warren’s vision to life! Their celebration was truly timeless – here are a few of my favorites:
