I have, what I like to call, a “venue crush” on The Farm at Eagle’s Ridge. The owners, Betsy and Paige, are the sweetest and there wasn’t a single thing overlooked when they created this venue. I asked Betsy and Paige to answer a few questions as to WHY a bride should choose their venue over other rustic venues:

What sets your venue apart from any other barn venue?

The Farm at Eagles Ridge is so much more than just a “barn venue”. At Eagles Ridge you are not only you getting the beautiful barn, but you’re also getting a stone farmhouse to spend the entire day prepping with your best friends and closest family, a well manicured and picturesque property for you and your guests to enjoy, and a staff that truly wants to make you feel like your wedding is the most important wedding we have ever hosted

We started our business because of the passion we have for working with engaged couples and their families. What is your favorite “part” of your venue?

One of our favorite parts of the venue is the ambiance created when the massive barn doors open and connect the reception to our courtyard and corn crib spaces. When we open the doors, the event completely transforms into a fun indoor-outdoor party. Guests absolutely LOVE this feature and it creates such a unique experience and provides a beautiful ambiance for the reception.

What is one piece of advice you would give to brides and grooms?

Hire vendors (including a coordinator!) you trust to completely pull off your wedding day, rain or shine, so you can relax and completely enjoy the day from start to finish. Having vendors who totally understand your vision and the feel you want for your wedding day will make it easier to “let go”
